Scrum Masters help their teams reach new heights. The Scrum Voices panel at ScrumMastery: Beyond the Classroom helps ScrumMasters reach new heights.

As you start out as a new Scrum Master, you’ll find you have a ton of questions. At the Scrum Mastery: Beyond the Classroom event, you’ll have the unique opportunity to pose your question to industry trailblazers and emerging voices in the agile space during the two Voices of Scrum panel sessions on Oct. 21 and Oct 22, 2020 at 8:10 AM MDT.

The panel’s diverse group of agile thought leaders will discuss hot topics concerning Scrum Masters today. They’ll also address questions submitted by event attendees.

Geoff Watts is a Scrum Voices Panelist at Scrum Mastery: Beyond the Classroom

Geoff Watts

Geoff Watts has been a member of Scrum Alliance since 2004. He has written books for all members of a Scrum team, including Scrum Mastery, Product Mastery and Team Mastery, as well as the award-winning book for coaches The Coach’s Casebook.

Geoff was the first person in Europe to hold both the CST® and Certified Agile Coach (CTC & CEC) certifications.

He spends his time coaching leaders of all kinds in how to transition themselves and their organizations to a more coherent, resilient and empowering culture.

Bonsy Yelsangi 

Bonsy Yelsangi is a Scrum Voices Panelist at Scrum Mastery: Beyond the ClassroomBonsy Yelsangi is a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) and an agile coach with 17 years of experience. She has helped organizations and individuals attain agility in industries including media, remote managed services, luxury real estate, aviation, automotive and private wealth management. Throughout her career, she has served as a mentor, coach, facilitator, trainer, and change agent during agile transformations.

Bonsy’s speaking engagements focus on bridging the gap between doing agile and being agile. Her goal is to help others embrace change irrespective of their domain expertise.

 

Devon Morris 

Devon Morris is a Scrum Voices panelist at Scrum Mastery: Beyond the ClassroomDevon charted out his path in the Scrum and agile industry as a knowledgeable and respected Certified Scrum Trainer, who is sought after all over the world for his skills and training methods. A businessman, entrepreneur and innovator, he founded the highly successful training and consulting firm, BeardedEagle.

He began his career as a developer in the trenches of code, and his project career took him through roles as Project Planner, Project Manager and finally to Scrum Master. Devon, “Eagle Eye,” comes to the table with strategic insights seeded from an extensive background in helping companies make the challenging transition to agile development.

Mike Cohn

Mike Cohn is the author of three popular agile books: User Stories Applied, Agile Estimating and Planning, and Succeeding with Agile.

Mike helps companies adopt and improve their use of agile processes and techniques in order to build extremely high-performance development organizations.

Kwasi Owusu-Asomaning is a Scrum Voices panelist at Scrum Mastery: Beyond the Classroom

Kwasi Owusu-Asomaning

Kwasi is a solution-focused coach with over 9 years of experience. He started his agile journey as a Scrum Master and has coached teams & individuals in organizations of different sizes and sectors. Kwasi focuses on systems coaching and systems thinking, focusing on a holistic picture rather than parts. Kwasi is a CTC who is Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) trained.

He is currently nearing completion of his Erickson Coaching International Solution Focused coach diploma and also is enrolled in the inaugural InnerMBA program in partnership with SoundsTrue, LinkedIn, Wisdom 2.0 and Mindful NYU.

Michele Sliger

Michele Sliger has extensive experience in agile software development, having worked in both XP and Scrum teams before becoming a consultant. As a self-described bridge builder, her passion lies in helping those in traditional software development environments cross the bridge to agility. Along with co-author Stacia Broderick, their book The Software Project Manager’s Bridge to Agility focuses on that topic, helping PMI-trained project managers make the transition.
