Scrum Alliance wins 2025 Culture of Good Community Impact Award

Scrum Alliance is thrilled to announce that we're a 2025 Culture of Good Community Impact Award Winner! This award is a celebration of organizations that lead with purpose, act with integrity, and use their culture as a positive force for good.

This award reflects how we care for each other, for our members, and for the world around us. 

Living our values through action

Over the past year, our team has come together in powerful ways to support many important causes. From community outreach to environmental sustainability, these are just a few of the ways we've put our values into practice:

Supporting veterans and families in need

We donated nearly $2,000 to impactful organizations like Operation Gratitude and Wounded Warrior Project, and joined forces with Little Essentials to provide critical supplies for families with young children during their annual holiday drive.

Empowering students and underserved communities

Our old tech found a new purpose: supporting over 40 underserved youth in Colorado. From laptops to a fully functional robot for a robotics classroom, these donations helped open doors to learning, creativity, and opportunity.

Caring for the planet

We've made sustainability a priority. By reducing in-person events, eliminating single-use items at gatherings, and planting 100 trees for reforestation on Earth Day, we're shrinking our footprint and growing our impact.

A team effort with heart

This award is more than a trophy; it's a reflection of the heart, dedication, and collaborative spirit of our employees. It celebrates the everyday efforts of a team that shows up not only for our members but also for our communities and our planet.

Whether we're rallying around a cause or finding new ways to work with purpose, we're guided by the belief that good culture creates good change.

Looking ahead

We're proud of what we've accomplished, but we're even more excited for what's next. In the coming year, we'll continue to invest in people and programs that uplift, empower, and inspire. Because when we work together to serve something bigger than ourselves, everyone benefits.
