Module 4 of the Path to Coaching program is about sustainability for your client. In agile coaching, part of the journey with your client is not only about creating change, but also looking at the long term to help that change stick.
This course will help you to encourage them to make changes that will stay in place long after you're gone. In this course, learn how to develop sustainable skills like building competence in others and creating Communities of Practice. Help your clients by practicing sustainability that the client can own and continue to build upon!
If you are interested in exploring agile coaching or systems coaching, this course is for you! While this isn’t a certification course, it is a preparatory program to reach the goal of a coaching certification.
Developed by Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches (CACs) and staff, this module covers the fourth of five competencies in the program: sustainability. In this module, you will find learning objectives and videos explaining professional coaching concepts and a module exam at the end.
While coaching learning objectives exist in Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM®) and Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) learning objectives, the Path to Coaching Modules are aligned with learning competencies designed especially for this program. Please find them in the “Path to Coaching Course Introduction” section within the course.
