When conflict occurs, what do you do? Do you avoid it? Do you freeze or possibly get angry yourself? Conflict escalation is normal, but doesn’t have to be your norm. In this course, learn five steps that will help you de-escalate conflicts, help people be heard, and work towards sharing perspectives.

  • 2.1  describe at least three situations in which the Scrum Master could serve the needs of the Scrum Team or organization through facilitation.
