Course details
When conflict occurs, what do you do? Do you avoid it? Do you freeze or possibly get angry yourself? Conflict escalation is normal, but doesn’t have to be your norm. In this course, learn five steps that will help you de-escalate conflicts, help people be heard, and work towards sharing perspectives.
This course is aligned with the following Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) learning objectives:
- 2.1 describe at least three situations in which the Scrum Master could serve the needs of the Scrum Team or organization through facilitation.
- 3.7 apply at least one technique that could help resolve an impediment.
