I'm a Scrum Master... Now What?!? Webinar

"What do you want to be when you grow up?" It's a fun question we ask each other all the time as adults, usually followed by a laugh and even the retort, "Who says I'm going to grow up?"

Let's adjust the question a little: Now that you’re a scrum master, how do you want to grow?

Knowing what to do next isn’t always obvious, just ask Joel Bancroft-Connors. He was energized and excited by everything he had learned as a newly certified scrum master, and eager to  change the world of work!

But five years later, it was clear that agility in the real world can be quite different from what you expect as a new scrum master. Joel was struggling to make those early dreams and big ideas a reality. He had yet to get a foothold in the new ways of working.

Ten years later, he finally had a solid growth plan to get where he wanted to be. It only took him another three years to get to that goal.

Let's see if we can't make your journey a bit shorter, shall we?

In this webinar, Joel will introduce you to the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel to understand what skills are important to being a successful scrum master. He’ll show you how the wheel is a jumping-off point to explore various scrum master career opportunities and provide resources you can use to start pursuing those opportunities.

Who do you want to be tomorrow?
