Organizational Consciousness & Leadership

Organizational transformation towards agility usually begin at the team level. Teams pilot the adoption through Agile frameworks, focusing on processes, using tools, and some level of consideration of people. We could identify this approach as a transformation driven simply by changing the way of doing things. However, these transformations are frequently challenged as people change projects, areas, new people join, people leave, etc. When these challenges are presented, a total retraction of agility often occurs, reverting as if there had never been a transformation. In this conversation, we'll see some of the factors that influence and affect this type of situation. We will analyze a dimension of organizational transformation that is not always given the priority it deserves: Leadership. Yes, leadership is often the main factor when it comes to transformation failure.
