Luke Hohmann is the founder and CEO of Conteneo Inc. (formerly the Innovation Games® Company). Luke is also cofounder of Every Voice Engaged Foundation (EVEF), a 501(c)3 nonprofit that that helps citizens, governments, and other nonprofit organizations collaborate at scale to solve technical and wicked problems. EVEF has been a leader in the Participatory Budgeting movement, helping citizens prioritize hundreds of millions of dollars through budget games. EVEF has also partnered with the Kettering Foundation to create Common Ground for Action, the first platform for scalable deliberative decision making. Supported by both Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance, Luke is thankful for the thousands of colleagues from the Agile community who have donated their time to EVEF.

Kevin Rosengren, CSP®, CSPO®, CSM®, is a senior consultant for AppliedFrameworks where he teaches, mentors, and coaches product leaders to focus on the business of the product — not just the technology. Before joining the firm, Kevin was a senior director for product management at Capital One for over six years. With more than 17 years of experience in product management, he has lead teams of product managers and designers who delivered digital products for the credit card and retail rank divisions. Previously a director at E*TRADE responsible for over $30 billion in deposit products, Kevin’s expertise lies in strategic product development and Agile team coaching. Kevin lives in Richmond, VA, and is an avid pilot and musician, serving on several boards including as the Trustee for the Cathedral Choral Society (Washington, DC) and the McLean Symphony (McLean, VA). Kevin received his BS in business administration from Boston University with concentrations in finance and organizational behavior.
