That's good — but you can do even better by creating empathy for your customers and the problems they're facing. In this webinar, we explored frameworks and techniques that large Agile teams can leverage to build alignment on vision and empathy with customers and stakeholders.

Luke Hohmann is the founder and CEO of Conteneo Inc. (formerly the Innovation Games® Company). Conteneo’s enterprise software platforms and professional services merge collaboration frameworks, data analytics, and domain expertise to help organizations optimize decision making in the areas of strategy, innovation, sales, product development, and market research. Luke is also cofounder of Every Voice Engaged Foundation (EVEF), a 501(c)3 nonprofit that that helps citizens, governments, and other nonprofit organizations collaborate at scale to solve technical and wicked problems. EVEF has been a leader in the Participatory Budgeting movement, helping citizens prioritize hundreds of millions of dollars through budget games. EVEF has also partnered with the Kettering Foundation to create Common Ground for Action, the first platform for scalable deliberative decision making. Supported by both Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance, Luke is thankful for the thousands of colleagues from the Agile community who have donated their time to EVEF.

Ellen Gottesdiener helps product and development communities produce valuable outcomes through product agility. She is a pioneer in the collaborative convergence of Agile product management, product requirements, and organizational learning. Ellen is a coach, facilitator, trainer, speaker, and writer. Her most recent book — coauthored with Mary Gorman — is Discover to Deliver: Agile Product Planning and Analysis. She is author of two other acclaimed books: Requirements by Collaboration and The Software Requirements Memory Jogger. Ellen is chief product owner and founder of EBG Consulting, which helps product management and development organizations amplify discovery to accelerate delivery.

Dave Sharrock helps companies and organizations get things done visibly and early by applying an Agile/Lean mindset to product development. Dave has over 20 years experience working with product delivery organizations, from Fortune 100 companies to startups, telecommunications to branded consumer goods. A sought-after speaker and consultant, Dave is is an expert on organizational change and agile product delivery and the only Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) in Canada. A firm believer in continuous learning, Dave is also an SPC4 (SAFe 4.0 Program Consultant), and holds an MBA and a PhD. Dave moved to Vancouver in 2010 from Europe, and leads agile42 in North America.
