The Scrum Guide says that ScrumMasters should work “with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.” This is especially important when you're dealing with large, distributed teams. Luke Hohmann is the founder and CEO of Conteneo Inc. (formerly the Innovation Games® Company). Lisette Sutherland is the director of Collaboration Superpowers, a company that helps people work together from anywhere through online and in person workshops. She also produces a weekly podcast featuring interviews with remote working experts highlighting the challenges and successes of working with virtual teams. She is about to release her long awaited book Stories Of Remote Teams Doing Great Things packed with stories and tips for those who want to successfully bridge distance.

Zubin Irani’s background includes a bachelor’s degree from USC and Master's degrees from Columbia and UC Berkeley. He started his professional career at Deloitte implementing large complex IT projects before becoming the youngest director at DirecTV. After a successful tenure, he left to build cPrime. As CEO of cPrime, he led the company to six consecutive years on the list of of the Top 50 fastest growing companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
