Applying Scrum to Large City Government

Don't let the definition of Scrum as "a framework for developing, delivering, and sustaining complex products", limit your understanding of Scrum and where it can be applied. In this webinar, we'll explore how San José, CA, America's 10th largest city and located in the heart of Silicon Valley, is leveraging the Scrum framework to manage multiple teams of internal and external works to create safer, more engaged, more energy-efficient and more truly livable cities. The lessons learned in this webinar are applicable to all large organizations leveraging Scrum.
