In our September 2016 Collaboration at Scale webinar, we explored the core structure of Agile roadmaps and how they help structure work for a time horizon longer than the near-term backlog. In this Collaboration at Scale webinar, we continued the discussion and explored a number of advanced roadmapping practices that enabled Agile teams to thrive. Luke Hohmann is the founder and CEO of Conteneo Inc. (formerly the Innovation Games® Company). Conteneo’s enterprise software platforms and professional services merge collaboration frameworks, data analytics, and domain expertise to help organizations optimize decision making in the areas of strategy, innovation, sales, product development, and market research. Luke is also cofounder of Every Voice Engaged Foundation (EVEF), a 501(c)3 nonprofit that that helps citizens, governments, and other nonprofit organizations collaborate at scale to solve technical and wicked problems. EVEF has been a leader in the Participatory Budgeting movement, helping citizens prioritize hundreds of millions of dollars through budget games. EVEF has also partnered with the Kettering Foundation to create Common Ground for Action, the first platform for scalable deliberative decision making. Supported by both Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance, Luke is thankful for the thousands of colleagues from the Agile community who have donated their time to EVEF.

Jason Tanner is the CEO of Applied Frameworks, a product management consulting firm. His passion is coaching people in organizations to develop products that customers love. Jason mentors, teaches, facilitates, and sometimes does the work to identify and apply the optimal frameworks for given situations. Lately, he's been focused on very large-scale Agile adoptions and overcoming all of the obstacles thousands of people encounter when their world of work shifts. Jason's experience spans product management and marketing, business planning, partner management, project management, and leadership. He believes that his attraction to Agile is based on over nine years of service as a Marine officer. He received an engineering degree from Cornell, and an MBA from Duke. Jason is a Certified Scrum Trainer®, SAFe Program Consultant and Innovation Games Qualified Instructor. When he's not working, he likes to exercise, read, watch his two kids play sports, and execute the continuous improvement backlog managed by the chief product owner at his house…his wife.
