Adopting a Tiramisu Mindset to Rapidly Build Products and Deliver Value

Introduction

Some products are launched in the market quickly and succeed instantly. Others stay in limbo for a long time. What's the difference? In this webinar, we’ll discuss how adopting a Tiramisu mindset can help build products rapidly and deliver value.  Agile helps, and is not the recipe that solves all problems. In fact, we'd argue that agile fails without a robust product management practice. Without it, agile becomes a slicing mechanism to divide the work. When the product vision, plan, priorities, outcomes, and focus are clear to everybody, the seeds are present for the product to succeed.

Highlights

This is the second webinar in the Continuous Improvement Series, in which presenters share their expertise and highlight the tools available to Scrum Alliance certificate holders through Comparative Agility. In this session, we'll discuss practical ways to adopt a mindset focused on developing and launching Minimum Viable Products, reducing investment risks, and delivering value faster to the end-user. We'll look at real-world stories and use cases to understand when a team succeeded and failed.
