Many project managers are consciously choosing to pursue the career of a scrum master, while some project managers are being asked to perform the scrum master role in their organizations. This session will provide practical and tactical steps project managers can take to transition and position themselves to be effective scrum masters. Besides certifications and mentoring, the session will present other actions project managers can take to learn about the key characteristics of successful scrum masters and how they can go about developing these.
