At work, we are often told to leave our emotions behind. Being emotional or even showing emotions is often seen as unprofessional. Yet, emotions are what makes us distinctly human — a window to what we care about, our values, our worldview. Emotions are a part of us and can tell a lot about us, including our current place in our agile journey and our goals. Tap into that!
Emotion is your resource. Be aware of it, understand it, use it. It will aid you in your own journey and in helping others along their journey.
