Session tracks categorize presentations by where you are in your agile journey. Whether you’re in a leadership role, coaching position, or an individual contributor, there’s a session track for you. While we hope the tracks help you find the most meaningful presentations, we also encourage you to drop into any session that piques your interest. Learning from each other’s diverse experiences is part of how we transform ourselves, our organizations, and the world.
Please note that the recorded sessions will be available to all attendees for 30 days after the event.
Open Space
We will hold a one-day Open Space as part of the Gathering for all in-person and virtual attendees. You will create the program and schedule on the day of the Open Space. There is space for everyone who wants to offer a session. Everyone is invited to be part of the sessions you create. Often the best sessions come together when someone asks an urgent question that connects people to find the answer. The Gathering program will continue as part of the Open Space on this day, forming another stream of questions and ideas mixing into your spontaneous sessions and providing cross-pollination.
*Note: For the Gathering, there will be an in-person Open Space and another virtual Open Space the following day.
Coaches Clinic
Whether you’re someone who wants to connect with an agile coach or someone on the path to becoming a coach, this feature of the event is right for you. You’ll have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with an experienced agile coach to get guidance on tough problems and challenges and to discuss your career goals, agility concepts, personal and professional growth, or virtually any growth/agile topic you can think of. The coaches are ready to provide their insight, guidance, answers, and ideas.

Global Scrum Gatherings are all about connection. Monday Mingle at Pátio da Galé. Ask anyone who has attended a Global Scrum Gathering before and they’ll tell you that Monday Mingle is one of the best parties of the year! In-person attendees will gather at Pátio da Galé - a beautiful venue at the heart of the city - to eat, drink, listen to music, and have a good time after the first day of the Gathering.
Tuesday Cocktail Reception. In-person attendees will come together after a day of sessions for a cocktail reception at the event venue in Lisbon. Relax, laugh, and enjoy one another’s company.
