BOSSA nova: Company-Wide Agility with Beyond Budgeting, Open Space, and Sociocracy

Digitalization, COVID-19, and other disruptions call for rapid organizational flexibility and adaptability. This has an impact on all dimensions of a company: its strategy, structure, and processes. Companies are expected to be flexible, rapidly responsive, and resilient to change, which basically asks them to be agile. Scrum Alliance is excited to present a webinar in which we examine what being agile really means, and how it can be implemented by combining principles from different "streams", including Beyond Budgeting, Open Space, Sociocracy, Agility (BOSSA nova). Together, these concepts enable a company to not only survive, but to thrive on disruptions through entrepreneur initiatives. Viewers will learn: - from case studies of companies pioneering these concepts. - the organizational values that need to be supported for a digital transformation. - how BOSSA nova can be combined to enable enterprise agility. - how you can accelerate your transformation on the organizational level. This session is valid for 1 SEU.
