Module 2 of the Path to Coaching program is about the reality that an agile coach is actually a systems coach. Relationship systems are groups of two or more people, which can then be part of circles of relationship systems. Working with systems is different from professional coaching and needs special skills. Learn in this course how to enter and observe the system as well as assess and empower it. We will answer the question of “How do we help a system be accountable for and take ownership of their own change, rather than having us as the coach be responsible for the changes they want to make?” And more!
If you are interested in exploring agile coaching or systems coaching, this course is for you! While this isn’t a certification course, it is a preparatory program to reach the goal of a coaching certification.
Developed by Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches (CACs) and staff, this module covers the second of five competencies in the program: Systems. In this module, you will find learning objectives and videos explaining professional coaching concepts and a module exam at the end.
While coaching learning objectives exist in Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM®) and Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) learning objectives, the Path to Coaching Modules are aligned with learning competencies designed especially for this program. Please find them in the “Path to Coaching Course Introduction” section within the course.
