Professional coaching is the partnership with clients in thought-provoking and creative processes that inspire and maximize their personal and professional potential. It is a way to empower the client and show that they have full control over their careers, decisions, and their own success. If you are interested in exploring professional coaching or upskilling, this course is for you! While this isn’t a certification course, it is a preparatory program to reach the goal of a coaching certification.
Developed by Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches (CACs) and staff, this module covers the first of five competencies in the program: Professional Coaching. In this module, you will find learning objectives and videos explaining professional coaching concepts and a module exam at the end.
While coaching learning objectives exist in Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM®) and Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) learning objectives, the Path to Coaching Modules are aligned with learning competencies designed especially for this program. Please find them in the “Path to Coaching Course Introduction” section within the course.
