Course created in collaboration with subject matter expert: Hubert Smits, Certified Scrum Trainer®, Co-founder of  Big Orange Square

Hubert has taken the principles and frameworks of agile & lean and applied them to industry, manufacturing, and physical products. The core of the Industrial Agile Framework™ is simple: bring all relevant people together in a team, have the team deliver a physical product early and often, inspect the product early and often, and steer the team and their work based on these inspections.
