Scrum Alliance is proud to introduce you to Release 1 of a fully redesigned website, which you will still find at www.scrumalliance.org. Now, it's easier to search for certification courses and resources that fit your personal and professional goals.
Our newly redesigned menus help you find what you're looking for, faster. We've streamlined our top navigation menus to three simple options:
Getting what you need on our website should be simple.
Under Certifications, you'll find options for getting certified as an individual, trainer, or coach. Click the right category and discover all of the certification opportunities waiting for you, neatly separated into learning tracks that you can match to your goals and passions. While some certifications focus on agile roles—such as scrum master or product owner—others focus on skills, such as scaling agile capability across an enterprise and facilitation. The new website makes it clear whether you're looking at a role-based or skills-based certification so you can find the right match for your goals.
Agile resources links you to articles, online education, networking opportunities, and upcoming events worldwide, from large conferences to local meet-up groups.
Finally, How it works gives you all the information you may need to get oriented, whether you're wondering what scrum is or want to find out how to renew your certification.
We have the same great programs, resources, and certification courses led by experts in agile and scrum across the globe, but now it's even easier to find them on our website.
Check out the clean, modern look and feel of our redesigned website! The whole experience has been built to make it easy to find and absorb information.
You'll find:
You'll be able to find what you're looking for easily and get the information you need quickly.

Easily see the benefits of any given learning track and decide whether it's right for where you want to take your career.
Like any agile organization worth its salt, we approached the redesign process with our customers' experiences at the forefront of our product vision. We had our own ideas about what needed to change, but we wanted to hear from our website users about the strengths and weaknesses of the website.
We conducted user interviews and other research, ultimately consolidating information into recurring themes and key findings. Next, we developed user personas to better understand our customers: what drives you, what you need from the website and from Scrum Alliance, and how we can help and support you.
From there, we identified the areas where we knew we could have the biggest impact for our website users and the community.
"UX" is the "user experience" of our website. It's the journey you go on when you land on any page of scrumalliance.org. We audited that experience to determine how we could improve and optimize it for you.
This audit included documenting our site map and exploring the user journey a person goes on when searching for a new certification. We concluded that the site needed better "wayfinding" (i.e., how you orient yourself once you get to our website and how you get from page to page) and a totally revamped look and feel.
Just like you, we're practicing agile ways of working and thinking in everything we do. We're in the process of a full redesign that will be released in iterations. This is Release 1, and we hope you like what you see so far.
We'll make our way to a completely revamped website experience by incorporating feedback, new requirements, and learning with each new release. Our roadmap includes:
Ultimately, we think a good website is one that's easy for people to use and understand. These upgrades have been released with this goal in mind.
