Global Scrum Gathering Denver 2022

There’s something special about a Global Scrum Gathering. Coaches, trainers, and practitioners from across the world come together for three days to learn from one another, make connections with like-minded agilists, and leave inspired to continue acting as changemakers when they return to their jobs. Since 2020, when we were forced to cancel the Global Scrum Gathering in New York City, we here at Scrum Alliance have been anxiously waiting for when we could return to a Gathering. We can’t wait to connect with our community and to celebrate the amazing work that’s been done in transforming the world of work over the past two years when the world was anything but normal. 

In June of this year, we will finally get to come together again to learn, to grow and more important now than ever before, to build lasting connections and friendships throughout our community. The Global Scrum Gathering in Denver will take place from the 5-8 of June, right down the road from our headquarters, in the heart of downtown Denver. And for the first time in our history of holding Global Scrum Gatherings, we will have an entirely virtual experience available for those who are unable to come to Denver, whatever the reason may be. Our team is hard at work to ensure that whether you join us in Denver or sign in from your corner of the globe, you walk away with all the knowledge, inspiration, and connection that you’ve come to expect from a Global Scrum Gathering.

Our in-person event will feature all the elements you’ve come to know and love from Gatherings: an incredible slate of speakers, Open Space, Monday Mingle, Coaches Clinic, and more. For our virtual attendees, you’ll enjoy the conference using a state-of-the-art virtual platform where you’ll find pre-recorded content, exclusive live sessions, an Open Space of your own, and more. 

This year we’re excited to announce that we’re sponsoring a session for the organization Women in Agile and their Launching New Voices program. Women in Agile is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and collective effort to recruit, network, promote, and support the work of outstanding women in the agile community through blogging, speaking at events, and building a network surrounded by people of all genders. Their Launching New Voices program provides a platform for women in agile who have never gotten the chance to speak at an agile conference before. After they are selected to speak, they are paired with a mentor to help prepare them for the presentation. We are excited to feature this as a part of our program this year and to shine a spotlight on the future voices of the agile space. 

When looking at our community, there are two main things they want: to get the job or to get the job done. We want to support you no matter where you are in your journey. We’ll have sponsors at the event (both in-person and online) sharing tools and products, coaches to guide you on your agile journey, and sessions that will give you the tools you need to get the job done. You’ll also have a chance to get a professional photo done to help you put your best foot forward on the job search.

Registration for the Global Scrum Gathering 2022 Denver + Beyond is open! Make sure to buy your ticket ASAP as they’re sure to go quick! Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have a fixed number of in-person tickets for the event. Therefore, we’re limiting the number of early bird tickets available for purchase. Our early bird ticket pricing will be available either until the reserved number of tickets are sold or until March 25.
