November 20-21: Regional Scrum Day México

ScrumDay México is a two-day conference with agility leaders to share experiences in an environment of collective knowledge where national and international speakers and attendees will share their agile organizational transformations based on real experiences with a focus on techniques, methods and practices to promote business agility.

November 28-December 1: Regional Scrum Gathering SÃO PAULO

This year we celebrate 10 years of the first Scrum Gathering in Brazil! There will be 4 days of (mind-blowing) experiences where you can participate in innovative lectures with the best names of Scrum and Agile in both Brazil and in the World. So many things have happened over the past 10 years. In addition to the growth of the Agile Coach as a profession, we are witnessing new conceptual foundations in management such as agile HR, Agile marketing, Agile project management, Agile governance, etc. We want to bring you cases about how these concepts are reshaping what we know as Management or Business Administration.

The second session of this two-part diversity in tech series will focus on how the five values of Scrum: Commitment, Courage, Focus, Openness, and Respect can be practiced in a way that improves DEI on agile teams and across the organization. In this session, participants will learn best practices, as well as some of the DEI systemic and policy shifts agile organizations are adopting.
