Data from the Agile Business Report's infographic shows an increase in employee engagement across the board including an increase in the ability to learn from mistakes and adapt to change. Specifically, 35% of agile business divisions said their employees were more engaged, 33% noticed a significant improvement in their operational performance, and 31% reported a significant uptick in customer satisfaction.
