Course details

Module 3 of the Path to Coaching program is about coaching scaling. What happens when your client is ready to take their amazing small agile team and reproduce their results across the broader organization? What if the product needs the skills of more people than just one team?

Module 3: Scaling helps you think through coaching scaling to figure out when scaling is necessary, what scaling frameworks–or parts of frameworks–might work for your client, and how to facilitate your plan across the whole organization.

If you are interested in exploring agile coaching or scaling, this course is for you! While this isn’t a certification course, it is a preparatory program to reach the goal of a coaching certification.

Developed by Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches (CACs) and staff, this module covers the third of five competencies in the program: Scaling. In this module, you will find learning objectives and videos explaining professional coaching concepts and a module exam at the end.

While coaching learning objectives exist in Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM®) and Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) learning objectives, the Path to Coaching Modules are aligned with learning competencies designed especially for this program. Please find them in the “Path to Coaching Course Introduction” section within the course.
