Imagine bringing the world together with over 1400 agilists from around the globe for five days of learning and networking. It all happened live from 14-18 September as Scrum Alliance brought together four global timezone regions in three-hour time blocks in two languages as part of the first ever Agile Coaching Retreat Live Online.
Speakers and workshops sessions were presented by a diverse group of global speakers from the Asia Pacific, European, North American, and Latin American regions. Session topics aimed at supporting growing agile coaches through daily themes: Professional Coaching; Serving the Team; Serving the Organization; Psychology of Coaching; and Growing as a Coach. The program was curated by an experienced advisory team from around the world, which gave the event regional flavor.
