Eliminating waste, a core concept in lean software development, has been written about extensively. Less has been written about the root causes and related solutions.

This session will make the connection between the 7 Wastes of Software Development and how cross-functional teams can prevent or eliminate this waste.  We will explore the Scrum Master’s role in identifying waste, coaching teams and the organization on ways to eliminate waste, and promoting cross-functional teams.
