Triggers. We all have them. In our Agile context, they may come up even more frequently because we are ushering in a whole new way of thinking about working, not just simply a whole new way of working. And, not everyone is with us yet! Often, these people are the ones who trigger us. As an Agile change agent, you may not be able to just walk away from everyone who triggers you so you might as well get good at working with those triggers.
