Who are we trying to help?
Teams that are having a difficult time completing sprint goals because of too many work requests from outside of the team.
The course covers the following Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) learning objectives:
- 3.4 explain at least three ways the scrum master could support the product owner.
- 3.5 describe at least three organizational impediments that can affect scrum teams.
- 3.6 discuss at least two ways that the scrum master assists the scrum team with impediments.
The course covers the following Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) learning objectives:
- 2.2 practice the creation of a product goal.
- 2.3 practice creating a sprint goal with a scrum team.
