Course Content Description: 

If you are or have been on a scrum team working in non-scrum organizations, or worse yet, in non-agile organizations, you know all too well the struggles with working the way you were trained. Sometimes, it seems there are structures, naysayers, or just plain mismatched cultures at every turn. This can be a challenging environment for a Scrum team and especially a scrum master. It is our hope that this course will help shine a light with some solutions to some of those challenges. 

 

This course is aligned with the following Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) learning objectives

  • 1.9 perform a Sprint Review.
  • 2.1 describe at least three situations in which the Scrum Master could serve the needs of the Scrum Team or organization through facilitation.
