Module 5 of the Path to Coaching program is about coaching leaders. Working with leaders takes a little extra thought as you consider their needs and perspectives as well as that of their organization. How can you make sure you’ve made a plan that covers everything it should?
Module 5: Coaching Leaders helps you think through working with leaders of all kinds. In it, you’ll find information on creating a coaching mindset and strategy and the impact empowerment, neutrality, and respect have on a client. Move forward confidently understanding more about creating alignment and working with resistance.
If you are interested in exploring agile coaching or scaling, this course is for you! While this isn’t a certification course, it is a preparatory program to reach the goal of a coaching certification.
Developed by Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches (CACs) and staff, this module covers the fifth of five competencies in the program: Coaching Leaders. In this module, you will find learning objectives and videos explaining professional coaching concepts and a module exam at the end.
While coaching learning objectives exist in Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM®) and Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) learning objectives, the Path to Coaching Modules are aligned with learning competencies designed especially for this program. Please find them in the “Path to Coaching Course Introduction” section within the course.
