DENVER — July 25, 2025Scrum Alliance is proud to announce it has been named as the winner of four Stevie® Awards in the 10th annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, honoring the organization's commitment to people-first leadership and HR excellence.

The organization received awards in the following categories:

  • People-Focused CEO, Tristan Boutros, CEO
  • Outstanding Individual Contribution to HR, Taylor Kelly, Head of Human Resources
  • Achievement in Employee Engagement, Scrum Alliance
  • Employer of the Year—Non-Profit or Government Organizations, Scrum Alliance

Scrum Alliance is thrilled that its CEO and Head of HR have been recognized, and also celebrates the impact of the entire team. The Achievement in Employee Engagement award reflects the dedication and heart that the Scrum Alliance team brings every day.

"We're thrilled to be recognized in four distinct Stevie Award categories," said Scrum Alliance Chief Executive Officer Tristan Boutros. "It's a meaningful acknowledgement of the work our team executes on every day, from people initiatives to long-range strategy. At Scrum Alliance, we don't just share agile and scrum practices with the world; we strive to embody them in how we lead, collaborate, and support one another."

Boutros continued: "Our goal is to help organizations around the world deliver greater value and continuously improve, and we’re committed to walking that path ourselves. By investing in our people and culture, we’re also redefining what it means to be a great employer. For us, that means creating a culture where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow, no matter their background, experience, or role. This recognition reflects the intention and care we put into building that kind of workplace, together."

The Scrum Alliance Board of Directors selected Boutros to lead the organization as the CEO in August 2022. Boutros brought with him a winning record of success in digital transformation, having served in executive leadership roles at The New York Times, Warner Music Group, and Blackberry.

Joining Scrum Alliance in April 2024, Head of HR Taylor Kelly made a people-first culture rooted in belonging and recognition a core focus. Under Boutros and Kelly's leadership, employees receive intentional, frequent recognition and are given the tools and resources they need to grow and flourish, resulting in a 42-point eNPS increase in just 9 months.

"These awards reflect the deep care and intentionality our team brings to every part of the employee experience," said Kelly. "It's incredibly rewarding to see that work recognized, especially in categories that speak directly to how we engage, support, and empower our people."

Scrum Alliance was selected from over 1,000 nominations submitted by organizations worldwide. Employer of the Year winners were chosen through a combination of professional judging and public voting.

These awards arrive at a pivotal moment for the organization, following two years of rapid growth, a renewed strategic vision, and expanded investments in leadership development and agile training. They signal Scrum Alliance's ongoing efforts to model agility not just in education, but also in culture and practice.
