Collaboration at Scale Kickoff

In our inaugural webinar, we focused on technical and wicked problems and the importance of distinguishing between communication, coordination, and collaboration. We matched decision-making processes to the right decision and support them with the right technologies that allow for high-impact results. In this webinar, we provided an overview of the many challenges facing teams who wish to collaborate at scale. Each challenge area was addressed in detail in a separate and specific webinar tailored to Scrum teams. Some upcoming webinars will focus on internal collaboration, such as distributed-team project kickoffs and release planning; multi-team roadmapping; enterprise retrospectives; and building camaraderie, trust, and esprit de corps. Other webinars will focus on external collaboration, including identifying unmet needs with customers and stakeholders in prioritization activities; managing relationships with teams who have not yet adopted Scrum (yes, they’re still out there!); and making external commitments on deliverables. Explore the unique ways we can collaborate at scale!
